Description
The schematron test 'The ' hl7:repeatNumber' is forbidden in the 'Changed Dosage Instructions' part of PADV items. ' is leaking from  Changed Dosage Instructions  to  Changed Medication Treatment Plan Item .

The distinction should be made on the upper  Referenced Medication Treatment Plan, Prescription-, Dispense- or Medication Administration Item
