Finding:

The example has not been updated to the new release:

The product/manufacturedProduct/manufacturedMaterial/code is still given as an ATC code instead of GTIN.
The product/manufacturedProduct/manufacturedMaterial/ingredient/ingredient/code is still given as an ATC code instead of GTIN.
The product/manufacturedProduct/manufacturedMaterial/ingredient/quantity/numerator and denominator are still given in the pharm namespace :)
