- According to the CDA Schema, the XML type POCD_MT000040.CustodianOrganization supports only 0..1 addr and telecom. But the custodian template https://art-decor.org/art-decor/decor-templates--cdachlrep-?section=templates&id=2.16.756.5.30.1.1.10.2.60 currently states 1..* for addr and telecom.

-Resolution:This issue is a CDA-CH issue and should have been reported in the CDA-CH issues. It was fixed in CDA-CH V2.1 End of April 2020.Verified also in 2.16.756.5.30.1.1.10.2.60 (cdachlrep_header_Custodian).
