try with  either the ID 1.3.6.1.4.1.19376.1.9.1.9.128 (it's working elsewhere, why not in this template?) or 1.3.6.1.4.1.19376.1.9.1.9.117 (this template is a specialization of the IHE Prescription Item Entry Content Module template, maybe the ID should match there?) ->> see email quentin from 19. february

Finding:

The Patient Medication Instructions entryRelationship is annotated with @typeCode="COMP". As per IHE PHARM PRE 6.3.4.2.3.17, it should be @typeCode="SUBJ" and @inversionInd="true".
