Template 2.16.756.5.30.1.1.10.4.52 is to be used for non-structured dosage, 2.16.756.5.30.1.1.10.4.37 is not to be used anymore because we don't have a usecase for it.

Thank you Oliver for the links.

In the spreadsheet, the Dosierung row has #XXX.1.dosageintakemode as example ID, that's confusing with  DosageIntakeModeEntryContentModule . It's also specified as mandatory, whereas it's optional in ArtDecor.
The Verabreichungsweg is only the routeCode, there's no reference to a narrative text.

So either .37 or .52 has no use-case?

Description
In MTP, PRE and DIS item entries, there are 3 entryRelationships namely Dosage Instructions Non Structured Entry Content Module, Dosage Intake Mode Entry Content Module and Annotation Comments that are not defined by IHE. We should clarify their usage in the descriptions; currently, it's quite vague.
Are they used in structured and/or unstructured dosage? What content exactly should they make a reference to?

Can we give a use-case for this generic comment? Could it be filled either in Treatment reason, Patient medication instructions, Fulfillment instructions, Dosage intake mode or Dosage instructions?
