Description
The description has been updated to reflect that the reference is mandatory if the original MTP item exists.

Description
The description of the reference to the orginal Medication Treatment Plan Item element ( entryRelationship ) should be updated to say that the reference is mandatory if the original MTP item exists.
We could also change the cardinality to  but that would prevent the creation of medication card documents without MTP documents (which is the current eHealth Suisse use case?).
