Description
Finding:

The oid used 2.16.840.1.113883.4.642.3.235 is that of the value set  not that of the code system
The oid of this value set should  be 2.16.840.1.113883.4.642.3.235, if it not a new value set we should use this one 

Suggestion:

Change the Code System OID from 2.16.840.1.113883.4.642.3.235 (http://hl7.org/fhir/ValueSet/diagnostic-report-status) to 2.16.840.1.113883.4.642.4.236  (http://hl7.org/fhir/diagnostic-report-status)


or better 

use directly the FHIR value set as done for the generic document
