epSOS requires for example the displayName attribute . I forgot that a CD.epSOS was defined, we need to assign it.

Which specific constraints do you mean.
Observation.value here is bound to a value set, its type is CD. I don't see a need to invent an epSOS datatype CD.

Suggestion:
