Description
Finding:
Users of current IGs are used to see conformance assertion expressed with controlled expressions
e.g. "SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] code (CONF:1198-15349)."

This is not in principle needed using ART DECOR..

(1) Should we include textual conformance assertions ?
(2) Should we identify them with a unique ID ?
(3) Which type of expression we'd like to use in case  ?

Call 25 Nov 2016

- Textal conformance assertion are often redundant and potentially source of inconsistency => Use textual assertion only for the  business rules not captured by the table view.
- to be further discussed with Structured Document for the IG publication
