"List of Allergies or Intolerances" (hl7ips-dataelement-1.13) from dataset International Patient Summary (hl7ips-dataset-1)
Id hl7ips-dataelement-1.13 Version 2016-10-28 13:42:54
Status Draft Version Label
Description
It documents the relevant allergies or intolerances (conditions) for that patient, describing the kind of reaction (e.g. rush, anaphylaxis,..) and the agents (or classes of agents) that cause it.
If no information about allergies are available, or if no allergies are known this should be clearly documented in the section.

I agree with the need to have a separate discussion on the "suspect to..." case , including the fact if such a level of detail should part of the IPS or not ...

In Issue#2 point 1, 2 and 3 are covered.
The 4th point is an uncertain assertion (suspect to have a strawberry problem). This is to be handled in the same way as "suspect to have a myocardial infarction". Need broader discussion here to find a single approach.

Description
Just a first list to be extended
(1) I've no information about allergies / intolerances
(2) At the best of my knowledge there are not known allergies
(3) You have propensity to adverse reactions, but i don't know (yet) to what
(4) You likely have an allergy to strawberry (...but i cannot assert this)

(not all those cases have to be necessarily included..to be decided...)
