Therefore, if present, code.codeSystem SHALL contain “statusCode” and code.code SHALL contain “completed,” “active,” or “aborted.”This is non-conformant as order.code is bound to ActCode not ActStatus
Use the XD-Lab extension on Service Event for the status values, keep Order.code for the thing being ordered
