Description
The template wrongly sets  2.16.840.1.113883.1.11.12212 as code system for the maritalStatusCode , where  2.16.840.1.113883.1.11.12212 is the value set ID. The right code system is 2.16.840.1.113883.5.2 .

There's no backward incompatibility introduced by fixing that, as the value had to have two different code systems at the same time.

I've created a new version of the template with the code system fixed.
