Description
1. Attributes  @classCode  and  @moodCode  have been added.

2. I've updated the definition of hl7:doseQuantity and hl7:rateQuantity to match the template   2.16.756.5.30.1.1.10.4.35  (Dosage Instructions Start/Stop, Frequency, Dose).

3. I've changed the display name to "Dosage Instructions Related Components" and the name to " DosageInstructionsEntryRelatedComponents ".
4. Concerns tapered dosage, not relevant for now.

5. Already answered, not permitted.

Description
4. How to specify tapered dosage ( 1.3.6.1.4.1.19376.1.5.3.1.4.8 )? The hl7:effectiveTime of type IVL_TS (not EIVL_TS) that would be specifying the dosage period appears to be missing.

5. Should the hl7:effectiveTime of type EIVL_TS be restricted? Currently, the attributes @nullFlavor, @value and the child hl7:offset are allowed.

Description
1. The  hl7:substanceAdministration  is missing two required attributes: @classCode="SBADM" and @moodCode="INT|EVN" (not sure which one).

2.  hl7:doseQuantity  and  hl7:rateQuantity  are missing their type (it should be IVL_PQ or PQ, it's an open issue).

3. This should probably be renamed to Dosage Instructions Related Components ? (The description of  hl7:entryRelationship  makes reference to  PCC 6.3.4.16.12 , whereas all labels reference  PCC 6.3.4.16.20 ). The name is confusing because that's not the template of the Changed Dosage Instructions , as described in IHE Pharm PADV 6.3.4.3.3.14, but most probably is  Related components (IHE Pharm PRE 6.3.4.6.3.10).

Finding:

- transformation test CDAtoFHIR TI-39326 (ihe-europe.net) showed error: "if a date has a time, it must have a timezone" -> the CDA does not require this, so when it is missing in the source (CDA) it can't be transformed to FHIR. 

Suggestion:

- may it should be required in CDA? (applies not only to this template)
