- Spec uses Medicine (as in Medicine Entry Content Module), ART DECOR uses epSOS CDA ManufacturedProduct
Suggestion:
- change name to Medicine
-
- both, in Spec and here it says: substanceAdministratio in first paragraphSuggestion:
- Spec uses classCode=GEN, ART DECOR uses GRIC - which one is correct?
- check and correct, accordingly (problem for CTHON?)
- In The Word document, I did not find the asSpecializedKind Item in the tabular description of Medication Summary (R19.xxx)
- Should it be added there?
The 1.3.6.1.4.1.12559.11.10.1.3.1.3.1 template is used in different contexts using different constrains, specialized templates are therefore needed .
Define different templates -as specialization of the 1.3.6.1.4.1.12559.11.10.1.3.1.3.1 - to be used for PS , eP and eD

Following description for the epsos:activeIngredient is wrong:“In case of multi active ingredients medicinal product the first ingredient element is used for describing the the ATC code associated to the medicinal product, each single active ingredients and related strengths are instead conveyed using the subIngredient elements"Comment from Konstantin HYPPÖNEN:My understanding is that the ATC code should be placed in this case exclusively in the epsos:asSpecializedKind/epsos:generalizedMedicineClass/epsos:code element. Ingredients MAY in some cases be identified through their ATC codes (although the ATC code system has not been designed for this) but then it should be possible not only for the first ingredient.
