Recipient types:
  • The main recipient of the document is indicated by typeCode 'PRCP' (primary recipient).
    Note: Since it makes no sense to create a CDA document without doing it for someone, in Switzerland at least one recipient MUST be declared. If the document is created for the user's own needs, the user itself or its organization will be the primary recipient.

  • Other recipients (copy to; Cc) are indicated with typeCode, TRC '(secondary recipient).

Description
(de-CH) Entspricht dem Adressaten eines Briefes. Das kann eine Person oder eine Institution sein.
Bei Leistungserbringern oder Health Professionals erfolgt die Angabe wie in custodian.
Bei Patienten oder anderen Personen erfolgt die Angabe wie in patient oder author.
Der Hauptempfänger des Dokuments wird mit typeCode ‚PRCP‘ (primary recipient) angegeben. Weitere Empfänger (Kopie an; CC) werden mit typeCode ‚TRC‘ (secondary recipient)angegeben.
Die Empfänger Klasse kann gemäss Arztbrief 0 bis n mal angegeben werden. Da es keinen Sinn ergibt, ein CDA Dokument zu erstellen, ohne es für jemanden zu tun, legen wir für den Einsatz in der Schweiz fest, dass pro CDA Dokument immer mindestens ein Empfänger angegeben werden muss. Wird das Dokument zum Eigenbedarf angefertigt, wird als Empfänger die verwaltende Organisationoder der Autor angegeben
