The IndicationObservation is associated with the genomic observation in the ClinicalGenomicStatement template and represents an indication to performing the genomic observation. It can also reside in the IndicationSection and then be referenced from a ClinicalGenomicStatement. It currently has two specializations that indicate the genetic disese or medication assessed. Note that the overall structure of CGS is depicted in chart 5 of the slide deck enclosed in the GTR package.
