Finding: - Seit IHE IC offiziell wurde, müssen alle entries mindestens 1 author enthalten (siehe IHE PCC TF2, Kapitel 6.3.4.1 Authors and Informants). Da wir damals mit dem Supplelemt for trial implementation gestartet haben, ging das mit der offiziellen Version an uns vorbei und wir müssen das nachführen.
Suggestion: - alle entries mit 1..* author ergänzen
Further explanation: - Nachtrag vom 27.5.2020:
zum Author: Each clinical statement that can be made in a CDA Document or HL7 Version 3 message shall be attributable to one or more authors. These are found in <author> elements, either directly within the clinical statement, or in one of its ancestors in the XML document or message.
Das heisst, dass also der Autor auch in der Section oder im CDA Dokument stehen kann.
zum Inhalt: The identifier of the author, and their address and telephone number shall be present inside the <id>, <addr> and <telecom> elements.
Wir nutzen also das CDA-CH Template 2.16.756.5.30.1.1.10.9.54 (Author Compilation with id, name, addr and telecom)
