Description
This an optional section used to say i know she is pregnant. Up to now all the oter cases has been managed skipping the section.

The way to manage negations, not known information need to be faced more widely.

actually, the cardinality IS already 1..1.
Question: what to do if the person is NOT pregnant? Skip the section? Or add an appropriate entry (but the current entry template does not allow to express this fact, right?).
In other words: what does the ABSENCE of  Section Pregnancy History  signify? a) I don't know, b) I did not ask, c) I tested for pregnancy, and test was negative?

Description
Finding:

- I don't find the following text in the spec "This section is used in epSOS only for the purpose of providing the Expected Date of Delivery, when applicable, not the full history of pregnancies." If this is true, it means a restriction on the cardinality of entries.

Suggestion:

- Check if this a constraint. If so, adapt entry cardinality to 1..1 and possibly restrict the elements in the entry, accordingly.
