NameCore information standard
Description
Prompted by the Local Health and Care Record programme - commissioned by NH England To define a key set of information required in a shared record Core information is the foundation stone of interoperability ie systems talking to one another PRSB is creating a national standard that can be used across the four nations and everywhere in the country in order that systems can interoperate. Without a standard for the core information interoperability will not happen.
