Pathologie Konzeptvokabular

Description

Der Bundesverband Deutscher Pathologen e.V. (BDP) bereitet mit seiner AG Semantik / Strukturierte Befundung die Dokumentation der Datenelemente und das pathologiespezifische Vokabular der vorliegenden Leitfäden (S1- und S3-Leitlinien sowie ICCR-Proposals) zur Beurteilung von verschiedenen Tumorentitäten für strukturierte Dateneingaben auf.

Es wird damit ein frei verfügbares, standardbasiertes, kontrolliertes Vokabular in Form eines Konzeptwörterbuchs mit den zugehörigen Terminologien (z. B. Value Sets) geschaffen, das aufbauend auf internationale Referenzterminologien auch die spezifischen Gegebenheiten der deutschsprachigen Pathologie erfasst und dieses für eine interoperable maschinelle Kommunikation zugängig macht. Das Copyright liegt beim BDP.
