Finding:Two versions (from repository PCC and from repository pesos)having the same date (2013-12-20)  are displayed at the same time, although only the former one has the status active, and the former one has a schematron assert.

Suggestion:

Update the description and specify the constrain (specialzied data type ?)

The OID for the Comment Entry here is the same as for the IHE Comment Entry from PCC. You cannot use the same OID as it defines additional constraints here.

Suggestion:

Use the IHE Comment Entry as-is (ref) or clone it with a new template ID.
