Description	Finding: This document contains an inclusion on parts of the "subject" participation. A couple of things will go wrong. The inclusion is defined on the ClinicalDocument/component underneath the structuredBody. Since the inclusion pulls in attributes, they would not have an element to connect to. Secondly the "subject" is part of ClinicalStatement entries of the CDA. Suggestion: At least remove the inclusion where it is now. Potentially add it on entries where applicable. Further explanation: -
