Is this going to be fixed in Annex 3?
I wouldn't change this code in the specification, as the code system is explicit (i.e. a valid code from it is expected). To my knowledge, there is no requirements to use the code/translation/@code value in the DocumentEntry.typeCode, so the SNOMED CT name could be used in PRE documents, and the Annex 3 names in DocumentEntries (for now).

Finding:

- document type display name is correct according to SNOMED CT, but due to a mistake in annex 3 which could not be corrected we have to align with annex 3 and change value back to Medical Prescription record (record artifact)
