the OID used is the IHE PCCC template
assign an epSOS specific template id in order to correctly identify the applied constrained
keep on-the-wire backword compatibility
the epSOS specs derived form the IHE PCC template mention RoA and approach site that are not actually used in epSOS for immun- There are not value set defined for Approach site
maybe we can leave the RoA since we may suppose to reuse the value set used for medication;
to be better understood what to do with approach site
-
The approachSiteCodeseems requests the usage of the 2.16.840.1.113883.5.1052 code system. This element is not actually used in epSOS (even if included in the documentation)
Evaluate if to mantain the constarin as it is or to remove it
doseQuantity appear twice as PQ ratio and PQ IVL.
remove the PQ ratio. Tio be cosnidered that we cosnider to have the doseQuantity as PQ and not only as IVL_PQ
2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.1.46 Position Of Vaccination (Dynamic)
Even if referred in the text this is not expected to be used for epSOS
the tempalte refer an adverse reactions entry that is not actuaklly used in epSOS
to be evalauted if to remove or to leave it. In the last case the template actually used for the allergies adevrese reaction should be used
The template seems to have a duplciataed relationship with the product entry .
clarify what the second relationshiop is actually referring to.... and if it is used
- Description doesn't make it clear that codeSystem IHEActCode (1.3.5.1.4.1.19376.1.5.3.2) must be used, and not generic HL7 ActCode (2.16.840.1.113883.5.4)
- add text to clarify
- After the working session with the eHDSI solution provider and Christof Gessner it was considered to remove the dependency from the CCD template 2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.1.54. This is required by some text in the Allergies reaction observation. There is no formal reason to keep it. The constraint is just in textual form, therefore it is not tested in the validation.According to Christof this is a spurious remains from IHE PCC, where conformance to CCD is requested. But no formal rules can be seen that are not covered by other templates present in Allergy Reaction Observation.Next this Problem template is also used in the Immunizations and there they also speak about a reaction and there no textual contraint is added to 2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.1.54, so the removal will increase consistency.
- Remove the textual constaint.
