Description	Finding: - There is an inconsistency between the specification with OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.19376.1.5.3.1.4.3.1 in the older EXPAND documentation (where the implementation guides were written in paper) where the old validator was based upon and the current ART-DÉCOR definitions.
