Description
1. In the Schematron asserts for  hl7:title , the language code 'ge' is wrongly used instead of 'de':  not($languageCode='ge') or (text()='Original Darstellung')
 The description also reads: [ge]: 'Original Darstellung'
2. The template  2.16.756.5.30.1.1.10.4.83   Observation Media  referenced in  hl7:entry  is unknown (not imported from hl7chcda) -> has been imported (by afoppa, 16.3.2021)

3. In the last Schematron assert for  hl7:entry , the message contains a typo (tp -> to):  the mime type set tp 'application/pdf'

4. In  hl7:id , @root is required but @extension is optional. This is weird, what's the point of an ID that only has the system OID set? Shouldn't @extension be required too? (The same thing happens in  2.16.756.5.30.1.1.10.4.83   Observation Media ).

Suggestion:

allow all PDF/A versions which are also allowed for the EPR, no further restrictions
