Description
Finding:

Two questions:

  1. should we define a value set for the organzier code or the full LOINC code system is the right one ? The same question applies to any of the included observation (lab, rad,..)
  2. should we harmonize the way the binding is expressed (in this case codesystem fixed to LOINC; or a voc binding with a value set that is the full LOINC code system))  ?

Description
Finding:

Current specifications allow to have in the organizer a combination of all the possible observations (rad; Lab; An Path. Specimen) is there any constraint to be considered ?
in that case consider to include a "choice"

Description
The ObservationMedia is in the right place: Result Organizer.
Same as in XD-LAB profile where it is part of the Battery Organizer and not part of the Laboratory Observation.
APSR 2.0 also supports ObservationMedia within an Organizer: the Problem Organizer.
Example of an electrophoresis: The Result Organizer contains as many observations as there are proteins fractions (albumin, alpha 1, alpha 2, ...), and contains one observationMedia, which provides the whole graph.
Remember that the Result section contains zero to many Result organizers. This allows to group together a set of observations and the related images (observationMedia).

Description
Finding:

Why does the Result Organizer contain a 2.16.840.1.113883.10.22.4.23 IPS ObservationMedia component and not the corresponding Result Observations, e.g. in a Laboratory Result Observation a gel electrophoresis picture? Does it make sende to have Media on this level?

Suggestion:

Move it to the corresponding Result Observations or allow Media there too
