ART-DECOR software and installation manual are available from Sourceforge. There are also ART-DECOR Installation Instructions. Please also note the licenses and disclaimers.
ART-DECOR transformation files. TODO: provide zip link. Currently you need to do an SVN export of the files under /decor/code with:

Repository
All ART-DECOR modules are exposed though an ExistDB repository for easy installation. Check modules here.
Playground
There is an ART-DECOR instance online here, which features different electronic health records as well as a sandbox and demo environment.
