Repair application repository xquery

Repair the application repository.

If you just imported ART-DECOR packages inside /db/apps, rather then installing them, they don't show up as installed. By reparing the application repository the imported packages also show up as installed.

This action should take less then one minute.

To run the xquery below on the server:

• Open a webbrowser, surf to: http://<server>:8877
• Click on ‘dashboard’.
• Log in as ‘admin’.
• Open eXide.
• Click: ‘New XQuery’ (paste the xquery in the box below to the browserscreen)
• Click: ‘eval’ to run the xquery.
