Meyer dysplasia of femoral head
A mild localized form of skeletal dysplasia characterized by delayed, irregular ossification of femoral capital epiphysis. Clinical manifestations may include a waddling gait, genu valgum, hip pain and restricted movement, although these manifestations are usually transient and the majority of patients are asymptomatic.
