It has been described in three siblings. The facial dysmorphism includes a narrow and squared forehead, low set and dysplastic ears, a relatively long philtrum, telecanthus, bilateral thick eyebrows and absence of bilateral lower medial eyelashes. The affected patients have no intellectual deficit.
