Description
Finding:

CDA-CH uses for the street streetName and houseNumber and not streetAddressLine.

Since FHIR is just using address.line for the address and a lot of systems do not separate housenumber and streetName
we propose to use streetAddressLine also.

e.g. "Leidensweg 10" instead of "Leidensweg", "10"

In CH-EMED we have already "wrong" examples using that approach.

Suggestion:

use streetAddressLine 0..* and make a text deprectation note to streetName and houseNumber
