Fach- und Organspezifische Arbeitsgruppen (FOSA) des Netzwerks Universitätsmedizin (NUM) – Rare Diseases

FOSA-Kerndatensatz IAG

Im Rahmen des Netzwerks Universitätsmedizin (NUM) legt jede Fach- und Organspezifische Arbeitsgruppe ihren eigenen Kerndatensatz fest, der sich so weit wie möglich am MII FHIR KDS orientieren soll. Der berühmteste FOSA-Kerndatensatz heißt GECCO, German Corona Consensus Dataset.

Zwischenzeitlich ist die FOSA-IAG für Seltene Erkrankungen gegründet worden. Notwendige (wenngleich noch nicht hinreichende) Voraussetzung der NUM-Förderung von Studien, Registern und Dokumentationen ist die Nutzung eines FOSA-Kerndatensatzes, der durch seine FOSA gepflegt wird.
